Thanks for the info, smanic. I have dabbled in Aston (years ago) and have always liked it. Look forward to seeing what Aston 2 will be like.

I'm an Aston fan, but i like HvD also. One of the best shell for Windows (after Aston

). We're doing Aston 2 and it'll be able to do all that HvD can and even much more...

True, but we all keep hoping! They still have a website and version 2.5 can be downloaded as far as I know. I continue to use HoverDesk as it lets me skin virtually ALL the desktop pieces. Using version 2.5 has taken care of most of the system tray problems and added a few special effects. I'm not a big fan of minimalism and like to get graphical gratification when I use my PC. (Why... because I can and IT can). HoverDesk gives me this ability and is quite easy to skin. Just what the doctor ordered.

Nice HVD themes, but it's a pitty there is no HVD any more
